Shannah Kennedy had an incredible career in sports management and sponsorship working with over 200 Olympic and elite athletes until she hit burnout and was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. She hired a life coach and quickly learned her lesson that 'health is your wealth' so she decided to study and become a life coach herself!
She is the best selling author of "The Life Plan", amongst other books, has recently created vision board kits for stores like Kmart & Target, and speaks internationally about the importance of protecting your most important asset – yourself – with a life plan. Shannah is considered one of Australia’s best and time tested coaches with 20 years of experience in the industry and is known as 'the person behind the most successful person'.
Colleen Callander finished school at 16 and built her career from the ground up, becoming one of Australia’s most inspiring female CEOs of the clothing brand Sportsgirl. Her story underpins her message that anything is possible if you are passionate, work hard and believe in yourself.
Colleen is proud to be a female leader who has led with purpose, stayed true to her values, inspired and empowered those around her to believe in themselves and created a culture that allowed people to truly shine. One of the areas that Colleen speaks about is that Kindness is the new currency for leaders. For many leaders, kindness isn’t the first word that comes to mind when they think about great leadership but Colleen wants to challenge that thought. She believes that kindness is a new form of currency, one you can trade for loyalty, commitment and high performance.
Kind leaders are very capable of making good and strong business decisions, even tough decisions but with kindness, and this doesn’t just go for business, it can actually be used in all areas of our lives. Kindness is not a weakness...in fact, kindness is courageous and can be turned into your superpower!
