Learn from Psychologist Jocelyn Brewer
Jocelyn is a Sydney-based psychologist, former high school teacher and school counsellor, with expertise in cyberpsychology, digital wellbeing and mental health. Jocelyn has worked with adolescents and families for over 15 years and has 7 years of experience as a teenager in the 1990’s!
She created Digital Nutrition in 2013 as a positive framework for addressing our love-hate relationship with technology and in 2021
completed a Masters in Cyberpsychology at Sydney University.
In addition to her boutique private psychology practice where she works with adolescents, adults and families, Jocelyn is a sought-after speaker, educator and media commentator on modern lifestyle issues.

How long will the course take me to complete?
You can easily watch an episode over lunch, on the commute home or in less than time than it takes to cook dinner of an evening.
