*About Our Guest: Rob Caslick*
Rob’s journey began at age 12 in a soup kitchen with his grandmother. In 2010, while working as an engineer, he founded an organic soup kitchen in Kings Cross. After attempting—and failing—to scale it, the team realised their greatest impact was supporting women experiencing domestic violence. That’s when *Two Good Co* pivoted into the social enterprise it is today: on a mission to *self-fund the employment of 80 vulnerable women every year* through meaningful work, community, and connection.

Part of our Cuppa.tv leadership series, this conversation is designed to inspire action and spark new ways of thinking. Because when we talk about what really matters, we create workplaces that matter.
