*MITCH WALLIS*
Mitch is a globally recognized leader in psychology, dedicated to transforming the mental health of 1 billion people. After leaving a successful career at Microsoft, he founded Heart On My Sleeve, a global movement promoting authentic emotional expression. Mitch also created “Real Conversations,” a program improving workplace and family communication through emotional intelligence, reaching C-level executives across four continents.

A master’s degree holder in clinical psychology from Columbia University, Mitch blends personal experience with mental health challenges and extensive research in emotional wellbeing. He has spoken at major companies like Amazon and Google, and advised the United Nations on youth mental health.

His contributions earned him the GQ Man of Impact award, and he serves as the first ambassador for the Australia & New Zealand Mental Health Association.

*JIM KELLY*
As Director of Health & Safe Design, Jim leads areas such as psychological health & safety, healthcare, workplace health, ergonomics, and return to work for the NSW WHS Regulator. His diverse career includes prevention, early intervention, injury management, and regulation. Jim adopts a holistic approach to business and risk, focusing on the physical and psychological health of workers. He is passionate about driving positive behaviour change and preventing injury through the design of health and safe work.

In his spare time Jim is a volunteer Board member with the charity “Heart on my sleeve” a lifesaver and active member of his local surf life saving committee and a family man who loves to get active in the outdoors.
